Good am all, How are ya'll doing this am? So, this is Wednesday and we're 1/2 way through the week ALREADY! I have to say its flying by and I'm very happy about that. Its not that I haven't enjoyed each day (for the most part) but when you have things you are looking forward (or not lol) you hope things move along fairly quick and smooth. Putting things in perspective I've got several more "to do list" things but I am actually excited to get through them for sure. I have always loved doing chores and so those are the "easy" things. However, believe it or not I am NOT a shopper. I go into a store and know exactly what I want, I grab it and GET OUT! LOL! I'm serious ok now & then I'll have a lil' fun with it but basically I'm not a girly girl shopper. Anyhooooooo - I digress... I wanted to touch on a couple things this am. I wanted to say thanks to Jill for posting the messages asking bout what we're eating and snacking on and exercising and such. Still today I learn new tips & tricks & ways to change things up a bit so I don't get bored. I also wanted to say thanks for all of you *****ad and/or reply to my posts. I made a commitment to myself that I'd post each day possible as my way of being accountable for my journey and keeping this tool cared for appropriately not to mention I get to share and read with others on this journey.  So....are you up? Whatcha doing? Listening to music? Watching some tubage? Taking some time for YOU? Making out your Cmas list? Writing a "to do list?" How bout the menu for Turkey Day? Plans for traveling? What ever you may be doing try and think of ways you can reach out to someone else whether you've been meaning to, you don't even know them or you just haven't done so and it needs to happen. Try and see the positives in everything as much as possible and give things to the Lord. One thing I have noticed BIG TIME lately is just how the Lord is working in my life. Its interesting some of the moments in say the last 2 months I've gotten upset because appointments and such didn't fall into place or go the way I wanted. Well dontcha know God said girl I got plans for you and you aren't happy bout things at this moment but have faith in me and I will see & get you through to where you are supposed to be. Well, that's true! Things are falling into place and looking back now I can say if this wouldn't have happened then I wouldn't have been able to do this or that. Ain't faith, hope & LOVE grand????  Take some time to celebrate YOU! I mean that sincerely. The best pick me up is doing something beautiful/nice for yourself and realizing you feel just beautiful/nice and trust me you'll want to share it with everyone. My calendar for today reads: "One of the greatest labor-saving inventions of today is tomorrow." So, if you don't get to everything today yep it'll still be there tomorrow. If you don't check all your messages, do all your chores, all your errands, etc there is another day tomorrow to give it all another try. Sometimes we get caught up in believing "what if" *finish the sentence* "there is not tomorrow" or "I don't do it no one will" or "I put things off then there will be more to do tomorrow" oh ppppuuuuwwwwweeezzzz it will still be there! Like another cute quote says "When we die our inboxes will still be full; enjoy today savoring every moment you get."  So, what will you do for yourself today? What will you do for others as well? Today I plan to take some me time in nature and just "be." For others I plan to get busy on my holiday projects. I've become a bit crafty!!! LOOK OUT! LOL! In what ever you do today may you be happy & smiling and carry yourself head high and shoulders back! All best....

Good beautiful  morning!! I woke up pain free today! Yay! Been up for an hour and I haven't had to resort to pain meds. Lots to do today as we are leaving for Florida on Sunday. Yeppers spending Thanksgiving with Mickey and Friends.  Kat, it is nice to hear you aren't a shopper either! I go in to a store with a mission and get done. Although I am having a bit of fun shopping for smaller clothes. I am proud to say I've gone from a size 22 pants to a 14 in just 5 months. Anyhoo, I'm sipping my Dunkin Donuts coffee, lit my frosted pumpkin candle, watching GMA and Today and have thanked God for all his blessings. so I'll quote Tim McGraw's song : Live like you were dying Enjoy your day y'all
