GOOD THURSDAY AM YA'LL!!!!

Good am! How are ya'll doing this am? Great I hope! I think the Fall Fairy mighta fell alseep yesterday. Here in Richmond it was VERY warm temps wise and we really enjoyed it greatly. Yesterday it felt so good to walk, walk, walk. I met one of my best connections at the park and off we went. Hooked him up with an AchievOne since he's now a bonified coffee drinker and he dug it pretty well. In fact, he drank the whole thing BEFORE we got started walking good. It was just BEAUTIFUL walking through nature and the hills and the beautiful reds, oranges, yellow, browns and allllll the butterflies just fluttering about. I am loving that we are still seeing them. Managed to do little of anything else but veg yesterday which was much needed.  Today is gonna be interesting. I'm headed out the door in a bit to fill up and hit the hospital for some tests. Fun times! Everybody LOVES getting poked and proded huh? Anyhow, afterwards I'm headed to do some errands and get some things done so I can enjoy the weekend carefree ohhhhh ok be serious when you have young children this is not really accurate as there is ALWAYS something going on but that is the best part. I won't be doing other things that would take away from the buggas and their fun. So, I'm gonna get most things done today and tomorrow.  How's your am going? You moving? You smiling? Listening to music? Nothing like a little Fur Elise this am to get the body movin'! I love me some Classical Music! Whatcha got planned for the day? Hoepfully you've got some "me" time planned in your day and you are ready to shine those pearly whites on everyone. Isn't it true that just by smiling we can get others smiling and get them every for a minute to forget why they weren't smiling before?? Oh yes! Practice I say ....give 'em a smile so big and bright! In what ever you do today remember to give thanks and give things over to the Lord. The power of prayer is truly beneficial and amazing!
