Uummm........normal. Yep!
After I hit 6 months, I would lose 2-3 pounds on Monday, and then play the up 1 down 1 game for a week and then lose 2 - 3 pounds. It was steady, but very nerve racking.
I recommend that you go to fitday.com....track your weight and what you are eating just to make sure that you actually are hitting the high protein marks and to make sure that you aren't accidently over doing it.
At the point you are at, you really should be at 100 grams of protein. Are you getting at least that much? How many carbs are you taking in? I found while losing that if I left carbs at under 50, it really helped me along. Some people here will tell you closer to 25 or 30. For me, that was too low. But try it and see how it works.
I also recommend that you change up your workout. Your muscles need to be challeneged, and while it sounds like you have a good workout on track already, if your body is use to doing the same movements then after a while it is not as effective.
For me, I have a schedule that I rotate through where 1 -2 days a week I do the ellipticle, 1 -2 days I run, 2 days of sculpting, 1 day with personal trainer, plus on my days off I bike, hike, walk....constantly moving. So, take a loot at your workout and shee how you could change it up a bit.
Then...look at your water intake. I drink over 100 ounces of water and it helps me. Are you getting in 64 ounces of water? Can you increase it by 2 glasses?
Lastly....are you taking in too my artificial sweetener? That was one area my personal trainer had me look at....how much Crystal Light was I drinking. The body will retain some water because of it, so look at that.
It's all trial and error................
Good luck!
