TGIF!!! THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY!!!
Good am all!!! TGIF!!!
How are ya'll doing this am? Great I hope. We've come to the close of another week and its looking like a much chillier yet still very beautiful day. We're up & moving around like crazy. My first lil' one darted up before 6 am so we grabbed a quick shower and then the oldest who I thought for sure would gimme trouble was awake and said "SURPRISE!" which was fantastic!! I love waking up to these guys. There are days when I wake up first and its so quiet and peaceful but most days I love that they are up and at 'em and ready to face the world.
What are ya'll up to today and this weekend????
Today is going to be chore filled and maybe and errand or two. I got quite a bit done yesterday which is very helpful. I'm better prepared for next week and am putting some finishing touches on notes for these guys and even planned some meals the first couple days of next week. That will certainly help these guys out in my short absence. Gonna grab some movies for the buggas and a few for myself that I've not yet seen as well as some magazines and we're going to hopefully have a nice relaxing weekend. No real plans as Monday is a big/long day for me/us. In whatever you do today and this weekend keep your chin up and your shoulders straight/back and face every situation with gusto and see the positives even when its hard to. I truly believe the Lord is with us and will guide us through it all. Have an absolutely WONDERFUL Friday and GREAT weekend! We'll see ya'll back here Monday morn fresh eyed and ready to start another week.
A recommendation or two:
1) Movie: I totally suggest renting/buying Veggies Tales - The Wonderful Wizard of Has - it is too cute!
2) Book & Movie: Donna VanLiere's Cmas series is really wonderful and great to read and her first 2 have been turned into movies & they are The Christmas Shoes & The Christmas Blessing. The other 2 books are The Christmas Hope & The Christmas Promise. WONDERFUL reads!
I'm open to suggestion so if anyone has any great movies or books to suggest please do so. Thanks in advance.
A quote for today:
Learn to look for joy everywhere you go. When your many troubles are giving you a giant headache remember that the iron crown of suffering precedes the golden crown of glory--that's what we'll wear on that gloriousday when we'll be in Heaven jumping for joy with our Heavenly Father!
