Just  a little note to say that everything is going ok and that Kat came through ok and is resting at home. Thank you for all your prayers. I am doing pretty good with the dvd I am doing it every other day. I still cannot believe that I can keep up with it.

Glad to hear everything went well and send your daughter my best wishes on her quick recovery. I really look forward to her inspirational morning writings. Glad you are doing well also with your new dvd, its hard to find something good that motivates you exercise wise. Keep up the hard work and since you are like me, also waiting for surgery, every little bit helps to fight those sneaky pounds! Good Luck, Pam

Thank you and I will tell her. Yes it is hard to find something that will help in doing excersises but this one is helping me. Good luck I hope you get the surgery real soon.

Hi, Jackie and thank you I have been real concerened and now I can rest a little easier. I am not going to give up maybe put it off a little while I help Kat but that is all.

Well family always has to come first so it is nice that you can step back an help Kat - then you can go right back to it again..... Jackie

Glad to here Kat is recovery and hope she is resting well. I know it must be hard for her to do that with all that energy she has with her buggas. Hope you and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving, and you keep up the good work with your DVD Pat and all good things come to those of us who wait. So if it is ment to be I used to tell myself the goos Lord above would see me through it and he  did, and he will see you through this as well. Hugss.
