HAPPY WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY!!!
Good am all, How's everyone doing? Great I hope. I took some time to catch up on some posts and I am really smiling for ya'll. Jill - that is GREAT about your weight loss. I'm glad you are doing nicely. Amanda & Brandi- CONGRATS on your moving closer to having surgery. Keep us posted! Melinda I am glad to read you are working on some things for Thanksgiving. I hope that your spirits continue to lift so focus on the positives and give things to the Lord. Know that you are in my thoughts & prayers for sure. Thanks Mom for posting about me. Thanks everyone for your thoughts, prayers, messages and such. They have been really very wonderful & touching to read. Monday & yesterday were a bit blurry and still are somewhat. Surgery went well but I had some issues with anesthesia (as usual with me), bp & breathing so recovery took quite a bit longer than expected. Thankfully things went very well and I am on restricted activities for the next several days. Trust me I'm not pushing anything. I'm following all the rules (for once) lol. Anyhow, I will try & respond to ya'll on here and off of here throughout the day. I'm still groggy some. So, hope your sipping on your fav cuppa, enjoying some breakfast, a little music, some net time, TV or what have you that gets your am off to a great start. I am VERY excited about the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. My hope is I feel great enough to travel to see my family. Otherwise, I'm going to make do here and rest/relax. My hope ya'll today is that no matter what you are doing, no matter where you are going you put on your best smile. May you treat others with kindness and love above all else and may they treat you the same. I pray for a GREAT Wednesday for everyone! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I want to say that I am thankful for ya'll here. I still learn different things, new things, better ways to handle things and I love to read everyone's updates and successes. I am thankful for my family who's has really been here for me and I am glad that they have stuck beside me through so much. I am thankful for my buggas and love them so muc. I am thankful for my friends here and elsewhere who've shown me love and support even in my darkest moments. There are some others I think of often and I pray that the Lord touches their heart and soul and they realize life is what we make it and the time to live in is the here and now not the past. We need to focus on TODAY and give it our best. We need to set goals we want to accomplish and reward ourselves once we get there. The past is only an indicator of lessons taught & learned. We have choices we can make and choosing to move forward in our lives opens up so many doors we might not otherwise see. The BEST part I saved for last and that is NONE of the above would be possible in my life without the Lord. So, Lord I am thankful for your unconditional love and thankful for all the blessings you send our way. What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving??? Enjoy your Wednesday! All best....
