Posting a plea...for good thoughts/prayers

Hi all... I am being "attacked" in some ways that some of you may understand. This month has been awful...the health issues, my grandmother's health issues, and financial issues that are feeling suffocating. Briefly...you all know my basic health issues...ulcer/stricture/etc. My grandmother's mind and body are failing at a remarkable rate this week and it's taking a toll on me big time (I live with her if some are not aware), and now my insurance company is refusing to pay for my hospitalization last week because it's a complication of bariatric surgery which they also refused to cover...among a few other issues that are of a financial nature. I am feeling defeated and my faith is seriously shaken...and I just really need prayers in a big way. I am trying hard to fight this all off and its not working...so, I need a few (or a few hundred) prayer warriors to side with me and just pray for the light at the end of the tunnel! Of course, all of this is just compounded tonight because I have been vomiting and in pain despite my carafate and prevacid...and pureed diet. I know its just a temporary setback...but seriously! I need my funny BACK! Peace...and Happy Turkey Day tomorrow!

I'm praying for you. The holiday season for some magnfies how bad things can be. I myself have panic attacks about money and making sure that Santa has brought enough, but somehow things always seem to work out and they will for you too! I know in my heart!! What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger!! My thoughts and prayers are with you and know that you are loved! We are here for you if you ever need us.....but you already know that! Now....go relax with your family and have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Lisa- Please be encouraged. God is working something great in your life. He's hoping that you will rely on him completely. Remember 1 Cor. 10:13: No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. If you have time, and desire, my pastor did a sermon on God giving us more than we can handle and this verse this past spring....it's awesome. Lisa, you are on my thoughts and prayers and I am so praying that things will get better for you. Financial problems are the worst and we all suffer from them at some point and they are just bad until you get through them..... I hope your situation with your grandmother gets better for you all.
