Hey Courtney- sounds good! I'm curious bout LTD Commodities? What is that? Think I'll do a little research. I too have ordered a few things from the fundraisers. I especially enjoyed purchasing some Breast Cancer & Cervical Cancer items. There is also March of Dimes items as well. I'm the same with the "oh gosh only a few more weeks." Your list for you sounds good. Again, not a clue bout me. No matter to me honestly. Just want to see others smiles. That means more! Love ya!

Not really sure what I am going to do.  Our boys are 14 and 15 years old so all they want is electronics, electronics, and more electronics.   Can you say expensive????  Oh well, I guess it's the age, huh???  As for everybody else, I am big on crafts and have good ideas but no time to follow thru with them so not sure what will happen there.  There are 4 of us in the office at work and they have decided it would be fun to do a cookie exchange this year instead of buying gifts for each other.  I was not thrilled by this because of the temptation this will present to me but I figure I will make something I don't really like and the treats I get from the other girls will be nice for the sweetie and the boys.  I have come way too far on this journey to let a measly old cookie get in my way now, right??? My family doesn't do gifts for one another since we are all spread out all over the country so I am spared there with the gift buying.  I will probably crochet an afghan or two and maybe some scarfs for a few friends and I will be done.  The sweetie has made me a list of what he wants (tools, tools and more tools!) so he should be pretty easy to buy for.  So I guess I really can't complain!!  The thing I like the best is that we do stockings for one another and have a rule that everything that goes in the stocking has to cost $1 or less.  It's a lot of fun and sometimes quite challenging tryng to find unique and cute things to put in their stockings.  Dollar Tree here I come! Hiya Donna - I gotcha there. My nephew is 10 and thinks that we should buy every skater this & that to include Fallen shoes (for the non-skate people these are shoes) and lots of skater/punk attire. Funny his own mom won't go into Hot Topic but his Aunt Kat sure will. I LOVE that store! Oh gosh the cookie exchange has happened on this end too and I have worked on sugar free recipes for sure. Not even gonna be tempted. Truth be told sweets & candies are of NO interest to me now days. Can you BELIEVE I just typed that? Well, its TRUE! So, I thankful there. I've got family/friends all over as well and this year I'm choosing to do something a bit different for their Cmas cards. I'm making a Cmas type newsletter for them encompassing the past years events. I love that idea in the fact they can be updated with our goings on's along with pictures from along the way. My cousin Michele has done it as well and we've traded some ideas so I'm enjoying that. Your stocking idea is GREAT! I am the stocking loader on this end so I do the same really. I LOVE a challenge myself! Thanks for sharing! Take care....

I'm doing a combo.  Some of my gifts I am making and some I am buying. In fact....I'm pretty much finished with the buying and all I have left is the making. I am a scrapbooker and card maker, so.... Over the summer while I was on travel in Ohio, I made all of my Christmas cards, so that's done.  Now, I have a few paper mache ornaments to make for friends/co-workers.  Plus, I am altering wood initial letters and decorating them for some of my co-workers (they love mine so much that i figured, why not....). Plus, I have a big 3D paper mache star that I am altering w/ scrapbook paper, paint and ink for my cubicle (gotta get working on that this weekend.....). Then, of course, I have the cookie exchange to bake for......(ugh!) And OH!  12 dozen buckeye balls to do before Christmas morning....... THEW!!!!!  I'll be busy..............
