Hello and is anyone attending the support group at Potomac Hospital?

Hello Virginia! I thank you for all your advice and support.  My first post was on this board  back in July, and everyone was supportive.  I am happy to say that I had  the lap band surgery Oct. 24th with Dr.Halmi, at INOVA Fair Oaks, and I am doing great.  Just waiting for my first fill in December. I plan on attending the support group in December at Potomac Hospital any one else attending?   Look forward to  meeting you there if you are attending!  Take care~

Hiya - I will be attending! This time it is going to be a christmas party and we all have to bring a weight friendly dish with copies of the recipies... you can also bring family and friends so I will be bringing my four year old son as my husband will be in France... Last year was fun so this one should be fun too! You will enjoy the meetings! Jackie

I am planning on being there...the monthly meetings are always great, and this sounds like a great time with the Christmas Party!  Hope to see you there! Cindy
