Thanks Jackie. I know what you mean about about planning a trip in detail because of size. I would try and make sure that I was on a flight that wasn't crowded. And I would hate to have to change reservations at the last minute because I knew I could end up in a middle seat.

Joe! How wonderful for you!! That exercise is paying off!   I remember when I had a similar experience.....I cried right there on the plane.....crying and laughing. These kinds of wow moments make me realize how much I had given up and or the embarrassment I had to go through....but it also helped me realize just how proud of myself I should be and how far I'd come on this journey.  May you continue to have many, many more wow moments!
