Holiday Fitness Challenege - Dec 1st
Bbbuurrrrrr...............................It's COLD out there!!!!!!! I want to stay in my jammies, curl up with a book and my electric blanket. BUT....it's the 1st day of the Holiday Fitness Challenge and I have to get my body moving.
So...since I have alot to do today, I'm going to get my workout done early, rather than later. So....I'm going to do 1 hour on the treadmill (cause it is just TOO cold for me outside) and a little bit of hand weight work (gotta work those arms as best as I can).
I'm dying to do some stretching, so I will do some lower body stretching.
No abs
No overhead stuff
No lunges
So....what are YOU doing today?????
And YES....walking in the Mall counts as long as you are getting your heart rate up........
