I'm getting really irritated!!! The scale has not moved in several, several days!!! It really needs to get moving or I'm going to throw it out of the window!!!  Any tips to get it moving again?

Hang in there! Perhpas if you change the type or flavor of protein, water etc you are getting.  Your body is adjusting... deep breaths and keep doing what you know to do and follow dr's orders, it will come off!! Are you walking daily? What about taking measurements ? Perhaps the scale isn't budging but the weight is redistributing and your noticng clothes looser, or more energy... Keep positive! (Try to!)

You need to be patient you guys do as your Dr's instruc****er, protein and walk walk walk and it will happen but you will also have your plateau's as well sweetie Ive had a 6 month plateau and it goes up and down the same 3-4 pounds  back and forth every week. Never giving me anymore. And that is driving me in sane but I also know Im not perfect and I have to keep doing or going back to the basis and start from scratch again. So be patient w/ yourself and start from the begining again. ANd good luck and btw get rid of the scale weigh every 2 weeks or once a month not weekly it can get very discouraging.

Hang in there....it is too early for a plateau and a few days does not make a plateau. A plateau will last for weeks/months. You're body is just taking a breather.  So...take a deep breath and relax..................... You've lost 34 pounds in 2 weeks (it says your surgery was on the 12th).  When was the last time you did that???? Tips on getting it to move again????  Move it to another room and stay off of it.................
