Healthy Cookie Recipes
Hi Everyone -
Does anyone have some favorite cookie recipes - ideally ones that use Splenda (for baking) or that are easily adaptable. It's that time of year again and I'm in my annual baking mood (not cookie eating mood. never really was too into eating the cookies I make.... just love to make them every so often....). I've tried adapting some of the recipes I have, but the cookies don't come out quite the same as when I make them with sugar (which is a big no-no unless the batch will be for gift giving only).
