1 lb sausage ( i used fresh if available, Jimmy Dean or other good brand, not as greasy) 2 cups shredded cheese 2 cups bisquick or self rising flour Mix into dough. Back at 350 until golden brown.  This freezes well. I can only eat a couple at a time at most so I freeze it in bags with about a 3rd of the batter in each to have for another time.  I also reheat a couple in micro when I want them.  There are other variations Im sure but I have just made them since a kid and this is what  Ive used. Sometimes I add extra cheese.  Hope ya like them! Not as healthy w/ the flour but still yummy!

Here are some other variations, little more stuff involved but one with cucumbers to dip with sounds good and healthy. Shannon http://www.marthastewart.com/portal/site/mslo/menuitem.fc77a 0dbc44dd1611e3bf410b5900aa0/?vgnextoid=e98c4679e8b0f010VgnVC M1000003d370a0aRCRD&vgnextfmt=default
