Holiday Fitness Challenge -Dec 7th

Good Morning Everyone..... Ok...who's cold this morning?  I am having such a hard time geting going because I'm cold...... Ok...to the topic at hand.....How is everyone doing with their challenge???? Me?  Not as well as I would have liked, but am meeting my goals, so I guess I cannot complain. Today is the last day of the 1st week.  Time to think about next week's goal....Mine will be to add 1 day of hand weights - going from 2 days to 3 days....cross you fingers for me - haha. So...what about you?  What will you be doing?  More stretching?  Heavier weights??  Adding the "Armchair Athlete" workout? Keep up the great work and stay moving for YOU....

Hi Jill I burned 750 calories on the arc trainer this morning and worked on my abs and arms. Next week I will add the stairmaster back into my routine. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
