Who have you used or who would you recommend??

Hi, Casey! I have not had any PS, nor do I plan on it. However, I have seen quite a bit of Dr. Mitchell Kreiger's work, and he is amazing! He practices at Fair Oaks INOVA Hospital. There are several folks on here who can attest to his talents! Best of luck!

Casey , As JoAnn said , Dr. Kreiger is to me the best . Please be sure to go to his page as well as checking out my photos here and on my makemeheal.com page . He is so caring , he understands our bariatric needs . He makes you feel as if you are the only patient in the world . And he is there for you . He educates you on the different types of surgeries and he explains everything where you can understand . I would reccomend him above anyone ! Thanks, Natalie

Dr. Mitchel D. Krieger all the way................ He did my LBL and BL on October 31st and not only did he do an AWESOME job, but he took really good care of me when I needed him. He was a bariatric surgeon, so he understands our needs and issues and has a GREAT personality and I highly recommend him to any (WLS patient or not) looking to have PS. He is located in Fairfax, VA - 3 hours from my house - I had went to him instead of seeing someone local...that alone should say something. Oh...and the price was right which was a bonus! Good Luck!!!!!

Hi, Casey - Dr. Mitchell Kreiger all the way. I first met him 2 years ago - right after my WLS...then in October had my consult with him. I have seen his work...and am anxiously waiting for the end of January or beginning of February to do my plastics...and it will definitely be him! My husband Jon (who also had WLS 11/06) went with me and he doesn't like doctors but he told me on the way home that if I was going to have the plastic surgery - then it would be him - he liked him that much. He was awesome!!! I can't wait! Hugs! Jill

Thanks everyone! I met with someone and I liked him. He is here in NN but he is a fellow bypass patient! So I have made my appointment for 1/11 I look forward to it so much!

You are meeting with Dr. Blanchard. He is very nice, but...well....I recommend that you meet with a few before you decide. This procedure is very expensive and you will want the best that you can get. But...good luck!
