Yes...it does get easier. At some point, you will not need those meds crushed up OR (best part) at all.

Good am Bill - YES! YES! YES! It will get better! Soon you will look back at this and think dang I was REALLY taking all that mess & now NOT ONE SINGLE THING!!!!! So, look at this as temporary irritation and let yourself become more determined to keep plugging away and with each passing day it WILL get easier! All best......

Pray that wont last long for you. My surgeon and nut is different so I didnt have to do that and could tolerate min, a few just broken into some pieces. Just try different routes of mixing them is my only suggestion. I actually am having some problems now with them getting stuck more than ever. May be all the sinus and bronchial mess i got going on.
Best wishes and Happy Holidays!

Bill,
I was on 6 too and by 3 months, I was down to 2 and at 14 months, I am down to 1.
Be brave and woprk the program. The program works. Don't forget to move; walking did it for me, espcially when you don't feel like it, it will help you feel better some how. I don't understand it all medically or scienticfically but it works,....14 month and 185 pounds later,...it is worth all of it.
Merry Christmas!
