hair loss!!!!!!!!!
I would pretty much have the same advice as everyone else. The hair loss is normal. Getting your protein & vitamins in does make a difference. A lot of people reccommend the Biotin. It will get better, it is just caused by the rapid loss & change in nutrition. As for the dizziness, lots of great advice there regarding the vitamins & sugar issues. One specific vitamin issue, are you taking your iron? Does the dizziness happen all the time or at that certain time of the month. The reason I ask is because when I was early out, I had some changes in my period (it got heavier) and even though I was taking my iron, at that time of the month it wasn't enough & I was having dizzy spells as soon as I laid down in the bed. I made sure to stay on top of my iron & actually increased it during that week of the month & it helped tremendously. Keep it up girl. You can do it.
