Chicken Cheese Ball

I had a meeting this eve w/ the College people and they had snack for us all and there was this unusual looking ball on the table so curious  before getting into it I ask the one lady what it was she said it was a Chicken Cheese Ball, I said hum sounds interesting so she had the wheat thins, and Sociable crackers there and I tried one and I was like  wow! This was pretty darn good, what is in this thing? She said you wont believe it I said well try me, she said she boiled 2 large chicken breasts deboned and skined, put in her chopper w/ some onion  diced some celery up and added a block of  creamed cheese. Then she took a small bag of pecans chopped fine and took here mixture and rolled into a big ball and rolled into the pecans an chilled, this thing was delicous Im not sure of how much protein it would have but I would think it should have a little bit so if you get to try it let me know what you think it was good. There was a mexican dip there as well but didnt get that recipe but that had cheese too, if I see her next week Im gonna catch her on that one too. Just  thought Id share.
