Holiday Fitness Challenge - Dec 13th
Ok, Ladies and Gents....
How are we coming along in our fitness challenge??? Are you moving your body to get that blood pumping???? Not only is it good for you, but will help with your weightloss efforts. The weightloss surgery is only a tool...like water, protein and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. Miss one of these elements, and you limit your success.
So...what are YOU doing today to meet your challenge??
Me?? I'm running/walking. I started back up yesterday and I feel GREAT!!! I started out slowly...walk for one song, run (ok...light jog) for one song, and vice versa until 45 minutes was up. It was a little tough as the back of my legs and rear were tight and I felt like I was lugging concrete...BUT....I did it!!!! Then, I came home and stretched my legs. No abs...UGH!!!
So....until tomorrow!
