9 Ways To Blast Calories Indoors
I came across this article in this month's Shape magazine and thought it was PERFECT for ALL of us.....ENJOY and see what YOU can do to BLAST CALORIES INDOORS!
1. Play with Fido for 30 minutes. Burn 97 Calories
2. Lift weights during the first half hour of Dirty, Sexy, Money.... Burn 104 Calories
3. Pop in a 30-minute Pilates video. Burn 104 Calories
4. Take a brisk walk around the mall for 25 minutes. Burn 110 calories
5. Dance to your favorite music for 15 minutes. Burn 112 calories.
6. Skip rope for 10 minutes. Burn 115 calories.
7. Mop your floors for 30 minutes. Burn 121 calories.
8. Alternate between doing sets of crunches, push-ups and jumping jacks for 15 minutes. Burn 138 calories.

Thanks Jill, great ideas. Of course w/ health problems now I think I will go for the weights while watching TV. I have a neat 3lb on the has a handle. Hooks right over my foot so I can use for leg exercises as well along with stretch bands.
