Actually, it looks like Dr. Moazzez does this surgery locally as well.

I didn't look in MD or DC...just click on Find a Bariatric Surgeon for more "searching."
Maybe call them all and check "prices." I would also not only check prices but skill as well....the cheapest may not be the best option...they will have your life in their hands afterall. :-)
