Holiday Fitness Challenge - Dec 15th

Good Morning my Chilly Virginians................ Bbbuurrrrr........it's cold out there!!!!  Makes me want to crawl back under the blanket.  BUT...I have SO much to do today - UGH!!!! Today is the beginning of a new week in the Holiday Fitness Challenge .....how are YOU coming along.  Are you meeting your weekly goals????  My goal for this week is to get in 4 days of physical activity - and now that I have been released for physicaly activity by my doc....it should be do-able (YEAH!!!). So...today, I am heading for the ellipticle for a good workout. Until tomorrow......

AAAA Haaaa .. I got my clearance for complete total workouts !! Seen Dr. K yesterday and he says I am good to go . I am going to start my work outs like this :  1. 1 hour and Half - Weight Training    Areas included are : 3 tier Back , arms and chest .  2. 30 minutes - Lunges - and heel crunches - for Lower Buttocks  3. App Training at the gym for lower body , thights and calves . 30 minutes .  This is to be 3 X a week . I want to do cardio, however Alan will have a cow .. as I tend to burn tons of calories .. and I am trying to keep weight on .  Thanks for doing this Jill .. it does motivate me !  Hugs,  Nat

What time were you there at?  I saw him yesterday, too................ I, too, was cleared - YEAH!!!  I just finished my workout for the day.... Walked 1 mile for warm up and cool down (1/2 mile each) Run 2.5 miles at 5.0 on the treadmill - YEAH BABY!!!!! Plus....3 sets of 12 reps each (with 5 pound weights) bicep curls, upright rows, military presses (w/ squats) and lat pull w/ tricep kick back. Then...I stretched! With your implants, be careful on the chest exercises.
