Back from 1 week post op visit (early dr visit)
And to solve that greasy chesseburger craving, try Courtney's pureed cheeseburger (when you transition to pureed foods of course). Take some lean ground beef (93/7) & fry it up. At the last minute put a slice or half a slice of low fat/fat free cheese on top (or used shredded) and let it melt. Helps with that craving! Enjoy!

The pureed cheeseburger sounds SO good. I thought the red meat is hard to digest in the beginning though? Maybe because it's in the pureed form it does better?
