Good am all!  How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Christmas? Ours was nice, packed with activities & we are truly blessed. The buggas were up real early to open their gifts here. Then we popped some things in the oven & headed to my sis's and opened gifts & shared in convos & good eats there, then back home for the in-laws and bedtime came real late. In all I am happy that everyone was smiling & the buggas got things they not only wanted but needed. I'm proud that Kayla (who will be 7 in Jan) has learned that just because something is on TV doesn't mean its "that kewl" in person. I wasn't in the mood for Christmas yesterday but I managed & glad I did because I was surprised by others. My favorite parts were spending time with family & talking with some friends. The kids were hilarious this year and that was fun. Took lots of pics & they are too cute. As we look towards the New Year I am looking at several different options regarding some important things. In the past, I've made resolutions but I made them sort of unobtainable so for this upcoming year I am making promises to myself, smaller short term & long term goals & am excited about challenging myself. This past year hasn't been the easiest but that I've gotten through so much tells me I CAN accomplish things & AM worth it. I hope each and everyone of us knows that we are worth it & our journeys are at times not the best but we have choices & we can lean on the Lord & one another for support.  !!!!!POLL PART!!!!! Soooooooo  What will you strive to accomplish in the New Year?  What short term or long term goals would you like to meet?

Good Morning............... Had a great day yesterday, too.  Lots of fun with my kids and family...good times! Like you, I am already looking at what my goals will be for the New Year.......... Not quite sure what they will be as of yet, but working towards that inner peace we all strive for will be on the list.  Juat feeling good in my own skin..... Well....off to shower and then out the door for some shopping.  Have a GREAT day!!!

Good Morning! We had a nice day yesterday. My hubby and daughter and I opened gifts, had a yummy sausage/egg cassarole bake for breakfast. In the afternoon, we watched  the Santa Clause 2 and Santa Clause 3 in front of a roaring fire. I was able to speak to all my siblings who are spread out all over the country. Thank goodness for long distance phone service! Today we will have a full house! Our youngest son comes home from his Dad's and Leo's brother and his family will come with their little ones.  The boys are 5 and 3 and want to see Navy jets and 'boats' so a trip to the piers is in order.  I'll need another cuppa joe to complete any thoughts on the poll! Keep the reason for the season in your heart.

Good morning beautiful!  So glad that you had a nice holiday and enjoyed yourself.  My holiday was great.  I got to visit lots of family and had a wonderful time but at the same time we weren't rushed so it was really enjoyable. I have thought of the New Year and some of the things I want to accomplish.  First and foremost, I will be working on my faith and making the Lord a bigger part of my life.  I have already started on this in the last few months but as we know this is a life long commitment.  Next will be working on making me and important part of my life, I need to learn to set aside time for myself, take care of myself, and learn to say no as needed.  That may be a *****allenging but I am going to try.  And of course the normal things like working on finances, blending my new family, etc.  Praying for things to work out soon so that we can move into a nice home.  Extra prayers for this are appreciated. Love to you & yours!!!!
