Holiday Fitness challenge - Dec 27th

FINALLY!  The holidays are almost over and life can get back on track........ How is everyone coming along with the challenge??  Hang in there folks.  I see the light at the end of the tunnel (and it isn't a train! - haha).

But....as we leave the holidays, we need to remain focused (or for some...become focused).  So.....with the new year and the new month will be a new challenge.  YEAH!!!!!  Take some time this week to think about your goals for the upcoming year.  Do not make them weightloss related, because for many of us, losing weight isn't the problem - it's not using the tool correctly. But, think about what you would like to achieve this year, and think about how you can achieve it.  What resources would you need to achieve it?  I am a firm believer that when we fail to plan, we plan to fail.  Does this mean that I always plan?  Nope...I just know that for me if I wing it I do not get the results that I want. So, think about it and this weekend I will be posting a thread for you to acknowledge your goal and how you plan to achieve it.  Heck...maybe someone else will have a few tips that they can share to help you along. So....back to the current challenge - yesterday I did some shopping in the morning and was just exhausted, so I took yesterday off as one of my rest days.  I think I got off of the couch only to potty  (after shopping, of course)- haha.  But, I feel great today!!!! Tonight when I get home from work, I will be on the treadmill getting in a good run and then doing some squats, lunges and upper body weight work. What about you????
