Holiday Fitness Challenge - Dec 28th
The end of the month is almost here and with it comes the end of the holidays. Ok....raise your hand if you are tired of the holidays and ready to move on....
I know that I am..........
Yesterday, I shocked myself. I ran for 3 miles and walked 1 for warm up and cool down AND lift my new hand weights (they are the adjustable kinds, and I was at 15 pounds). So, I was pretty happy with that, as it was tough and challenging...but managable.
Tonight, I will be running on the treadmill (unless the weather holds up) and then doing lower body work...lunges, squats, leg lifts w/ weights, etc....... Then, stretching.
So...what about you? What are YOU doing today to increase your activity level????
