Good Morning My Fitness Fanatics (we are ALL Fitness Fanatics aren't we?)....the holidays are OFFICIALLY over! This means that it is time to get our rears in gear...warmer weather is coming (I know...hard to believe when the "S" word was used last night for tomorrow...) and well....it's just plain healthy. So...what are YOU going to do to get your blood pumping?  Me?  Well...I ended up taking yesterday off as a break day, so today I will be on the ellipticle for 30 minutes. Let's make 2008...GREAT!  Take the time to find an activity that you enjoy doing...and do it.  Find something that you would like to try that is new...and do it.  Hey...that sounds like a great topic for a thread, doesn't it???? And remember...there are alot of resources on the Internet that is sponsoring fitness programs for the new year - many of them are pretty good and have lots of great information.  Plus...we are here to motivate and help you. Lastly - QVC has a really good walking program DVD set on sale today for under $25.00.  That is affordable and Leslie's programs are really good for someone just starting out or someone who walks regularly and is looking to bring it indoors or change it up a bit.  No...I do not work for QVC - haha. HAPPY NEW REAR .. OMG HOW FUNNY IS THAT ..  Got my new rear last year .. working on shaping the damn thing up now !! LOL ..  Lunge- Lunge .. Squat .. Squat .. Breathe .. Breathe .. .I got it ... I got it ..  Worked out this morning .. hard .. I told Alan .. if it does not kill me .. I am doing it .. tired of laying down .. and so far my energy is off the charts .. !!  I am starting my intense training Monday ... Scared poopless .. but I gotta do it .. this body cost too much not to work it ya know ..  HAPPY NEW REAR TO YOU TOO !!!  TINK
