Happy New Year and Update!
Happy 2008 everyone! So good to see you all on today...it's been a rough week for me with pain on and off. But, there IS improvement...the pain doesn't stay for days and it's much less severe when it's here! I feel that the meds must be doing something. YAY! I have lost a total of 86 pounds...GONE...FOREVER! I can't hardly believe it. I am 18 pounds away from my mini goal of 104 lost...that will be my halfway point! I am hoping to reach that goal by my birthday (mid Feb)...but, I'm not really putting pressure on myself. I'm looking very forward to 2008 and all that it has to offer me! I'm going to go spend some time grocery shopping with my family! :-) Peace! Lisa
