Hiya Tiawna - first and foremost Happy New Year to you & your family! Next, you'll want to talk with your WLS surgeon and/or nutritionist. There are cases when someone loses too much weight & it can become unhealthy. I don't have any direct advice only to say I hope that your doc/nut may be able to guide you in a direction fitting your cir****tances. All best.......

Tiawana - Happy New Year!   Your weight loss does seem rather high at the moment but sometimes you go low and then settle back up again. Only you and you doctor/nutritionist can help you by looking at what you are eating in case you are not eating enough or eating the wrong foods and maybe need to bulk up a bit... I sure wish I had your problem lolololo! I know it isn't funny to you though.... Go see your doctor! Jackie

Both Jackie and Kat are so correct . Get thee to your surgeon !  In the mean time . Arm yourself with good wholesome foods. I did the same thing as you . I begin to think I was loosing too much so I started eating beans, nuts and other wholesome foods . This helped me to maintain my weight .  I have lost 200 pounds , have maintained it now for almost 4 years .  Congratulations on your weight loss thus far . You should be very proud .  Happy New Year and Happy Health !  Tink

Starting out at 240, currently 98 pounds, I can understand where you are coming from!  My PCP is keeping a close eye on me.  I NEVER thought I would have to worry about losing TOO much weight.  Be careful and talk to your doctor!
