January Challenge and Tips

Ok...you have taken the first step...accountability.  Now, that you know that you need to get back on track...as Nike says..."Just Do It".  We are all here to motivate and help each other.  Come and share what you are doing, your struggles, tips, etc.  We are all in the same boat. No need to feel guilty about the chicken nuggets and fries.  You already acknowledge that they weren't the best choice.  Next time...make a better choice. I know that moving can be overwhelming - I moved from VA to WA back to VA...so, I completely understand.  Just make sure that you take so "me" time in all of that. And welcome to VA!!!!
