Ahhh Good Morning Grass Hopper ... LOL  First , you must remember that RNY patients for atleast 2 years do not absorb the same amount of calories that normal stomachs do . I would say roughly statistics show 40 % . So it is going to be hard to know . What you can do is go to www.fitday.com  Try to find the ingrediants there . Then you could calculate them . Or you can do an internet search of the item to determine the calories .  I hope this helps , as this is what I do if I am trying to get my protein totals and calories documented .  Hugs,  Tink

I use the trial versio of Accuchef  (only because I haven't gotten around to purchasing it yet)- you can get it from the Internet.  Do a Google search. You put in the recipe and it gives you the stats.  You can even put in speciality items, say Murray's Sugar Free cookies, and later add them to your recipe and the stats for them will be included. Like Nat said...I log everything I eat into fitday.com, but they aren;t very good with the recipe thing...that's where Accuchef comes in.  Have fun!

I found it at www.accuchef.com Have fun!  It lets you create your own recipe book to store all of your recipes in, etc so you don't have to constantly recreate the recipe.
