GOOD SATURDAY YA'LL!

Good am all, How are ya'll doing? Great I hope! Its a BEAUTIFUL Saturday morning, still a *****illy, sun is shining brightly & I wanted to say "HEY!" I spent a little time getting caught up on some things this am & spent time with the buggas goofing off. Here shortly I'm heading for the bubbles then hopefully some "me" time to get my nails done & pick up a few things. I've decided to smile as much as I can today. I've decided I WANT & frankly NEED to have a nice day. I've decided that its a new day with new choices & chances. Good morning Kat - hopefully today will be a better day than yesterday - so far it has started off orety good - very cold here though! Today I have plans to go shopping and get some stuff for our party next week so we don't have to rush about on Saturday. We have friends coming in from New York for the party so we want to make sure the house is all ready for them. So need to do some housework in preparation and some more next Thursday as they are coming in on Friday. Some of my friends are excited that Melissa is coming in because she makes a sugar free carrot cake that is to die for! We keep trying to get the recipe from her but she says she is still tweeking it.... So I plan to make happy choices today - spend some time with my husband in Best Buy - well that is not what makes me happy but spending time with him does lol!! Have a nice lunch out the two of us and then some quality time with my son. And no work today - what's not to be happy about! Also yesterday I got a new three in one Bowflex stairmaster and my friend Jeannie and her husband came over and assembled it for me. I am not cleared for exercise yet but I plan to give it a little workout tomorrow - just testing it out lol! Hope you have a wonderful day today and a happy one! Jackie

Sorry Kat highjacking this post Jackie that Carrot cake sounds yummy Im so hoping to be at that party, all's well and it dosent snow and things go ok w/ things here we will be there and cant wait to see old faces and the new faces coming. And your friend from New York sounds like a hoot cant wait to meet her. Thank You so very much for inviting us to your lovely home for your party cant wait.  Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Good pm Jackie - this day has sort of gone by slowly & quickly but has been better for me as well than yesterday. I hope shopping for the party went well & spending time with your hubs & son too. It is important to spend time & consider others while we still have them here with us. Housework is never ending however, I honestly do enjoy it. I've not had carrot cake in ages. Hope its great as usual and if you happen to snatch up the recipe do pass it along. In our family recipes are passed from generation to generation with a "bit of this" & a "bit of that" always being tweaked and such. I'm sure you're excited about the Bowflex & you'll be on it in no time. I'm smiling this pm as my day has been filled with great things & people. I know that didnt sound right but the old brain aint  working this morning. But  God on our side  well we cant go wrong. Hope  all is well at your home and hows your granddad doing?

Good pm Melinda - today has been wonderful in many aspects. Oh yes, we've all been bundled up & have had some nature time. The sun was shining so brightly so it made being out in the elements a bit easier. I love finding/seeing/reading/sharing things that smack me good! I'm carrying a headache currently so my brain is kind of fuzzy. =) That's right God IS on our side! Gpa is hanging in Mom did an update so hopefully things will keep progressing nicely. Thanks for asking. Things are going well with us. Take care....

Good morning gorgeous!  Having a great day today so far.  I am up, finally motivated to get going on my day.  Gonna do some chores around the house but take my time and not rush with it.  Got some football time scheduled with my hubby for tonight.  Just going to take it easy and relax.  Enjoy your day, relax, get that you time in.  Love you lots!!!!
