What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
I know...I know...I've missed the past few days. I have had a TERRIBLE cold, so I rested to make sure that I got over it quickly. Ya...right.....
Here I sit at day 4 going back and forth between hot and cold...runny nose and stuffy nose......energy not energy.....
UGH!!!!
The...our course...we are in play-offs this weekend. So, technically, with all of the jumping around and nail-biter plays...my heart reate was up. That should count as exercise, right????
Looks like it will be a nice day today....warming up quite a bit - YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today, the boys and I are going to the gym for a while, so I'll do 30 minutes of cardio and then about 30 minutes of strength. Just not sure what, yet.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Well...we are in freezing cold, wet, drizzly Niagara Falls, NY today - so just staying warm will burn off calories - right? In a few minutes we are going outlet shopping and then we will have Christmas number...three with my son and his family this afternoon....then a good nights sleep - because we have to be at the hospital at 6am for the birth of our new grandson!

Man, I was NOT happy to find out the fitness center closed at 4 on Friday and was closed ALL DAY Saturday for an Open House! So, I'll show them! I'm going to attend TWO classes today: Spinning (cardio - blech!) and BodyFLOW. They'll keep me out of the house during the late afternoon doldrums, when I'm most susceptible to wanting to GRAZE.
Need another cuppa caffeine, though...I'm feeling snoozy after an actual cooked breakfast (scrambled egg and broiled turkey sausage)- a rarity for me.
Jill I had planned on just resting but got he engery up and did the 3 mile walk tape. I can truly say that I am tired now and like you I have a cold and going between sneezing and running nose. By doing the tape I get cardio and walking and probly a little strength training with hand weights. I am going back to trying to do this everyother day if I can. Now that I feel a little better and things are slowing down for me I should be able to do it.
