Another BEAUTIFUL day is upon us.......  Are YOU going to let it go by without moving?  Not me..... I woke up this morning feeling SO much better.  I'm glad I took the extra day to recoup.  And witht he weather as it is...I just may run outdoors tonight when I get home.  Provided that it isn't too dark.  If it is, well...I'll be running on the treadmill.  Plus, some upper body work.  Gotta get these arms tones and ready for the summer. Enjoy your day.....

Yesterday was 40 minutes bike/20 minutes treadmill. Today is total body strength training at the gym. It will be a late workout because I have a public meeting to attend and present at (if anyone from the public shows up). I tried running yesterday on the treadmill - my knees still cannot take it.

Well I did the 3mile walk tape and doing fair trying to keep up. Legs are tired but getting better. Glad that you are feeling better.
