Hi
Could anyone tell me where to find a food diary, and a way of keeping track of my weight loss and the inches that I might lose? I want to be able keep up with it and I want this weight off. I am proud to day I am down to 238 now where I was 246 so not to bad mostly water weight. I am excersizing in some for everyday and walking as much as I can. I might be able to do this on my own.

I dont' currently use it, but I know others use www.fitday.com. Jill has posted about her having used it. I'm sure she can tell you all about that site!
