Hi
Thank you and I will keep in touch. I am still working with it so that I learn how it works. The one thing I am trying to figure out is how many calories a day do I need. So far I have not found out. I want to lose this weight. Do you have yours where other people can see you journals or what it looks like?
I am not sure how many calories you would need...probably need to check with your doctor. There is a calculator that might help give you an idea: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/.
Mine isn't set where anyone can look at it because I ended up buying the program and downloading it to my computer...so it's not online. The best way to go through it is just step by step...set up your goals, etc. so you can do reports on how you are doing. It really is a great program.
Let me know if I can be of help!
Cindy
I wish I had the magic answer for getting the weight off ... I think the main thing is to treat your body well with good, healthy food and exercise...the things that I have found myself doing now as a bypass patient.
Keep up what you are doing...sure seems you are on the right track!
Take care,
Cindy
