Ok...not sure if I will be able to keep this up, but I will try as I think that it will be beneficial to many of us.  I came across a website that provide daily BARIATRIC inspirations and I will copy and paste them over here for all to read. Daily Inspiration - Value Good Nutrition

You made the decision to make a dramatic change in your life. To get the most benefit from your WLS, think carefully about what you put into your body. With a smaller stomach, and/or shorter intestines, every bite of food must pack a nutritional punch.

Eat foods that will give you energy and the necessary building blocks for health. Every time you eat something, ask yourself, "Is this satisfying and making my body healthy?"

Action for the day: Write down what you ate yesterday and what you are going to eat today. Are most of your food and supplement choices based on what your body needs or on what your head craves? Be honest with yourself.

I like this idea!  I am good at logging what I ate and lately I find a few more entry's of cravings. Hubby brought home an Entemann's cheese crumb coffeecake and I had a 1 in sq bite of it. I did throw out the ice cream that my daughter got from her work (Handle's Ice Cream) None of us need it. I have vegies, cheese and fruit in the fridge.
