Thanks for the example we can restart. Good work and thanks for sharing. You gotta be excited, I hope you can keep it up as long as you seek too.   I've been stuck since July and am trying to restart the loss too.  I am determined I am not finished losing at 230.  I may be but I really want to see 200.  Continually re-evaluating intake and exercise and trying to find that new "sweet-spot",...........hmmmmm,.....maybe I need to find a new title for that too.

I am experiencing that "thinner" feelling inside now, and the lines are returning to my face--not a bad thing for a 57 y.o.

One very helpful thing is that is has NOT taken me long to reaccutom myself to almost no carbs.  I was afraid I was carb addicted again--but I experienced that all-protein energy boost after only 2 days of near no carbs.  I didn't feel draggy, but certainly notice the diffference. Another help is having the track here for walking even 30 minutes at a time.  I can get a mile in at lunch and then 2 miles during my planning.  Everything else I can fit in after work is icing on the cake.  I should be back below 160 by Monday, because I intend to kick the exercise in the butt with a very long hike Saturday. Shanana (Shannon) restarted and has also been an inspiration to me. Yay for all of us! L
