One year check up
My one year check up was yesterday. It is a little late but Dr. T wanted to wait till after the holidays. I weighed in at 124. He is a little concerned that I don't loose any more weight. He said not to do much aerobic excersise but to concentrate on weight resistance. He wants me to work on kepping and building a bit of muscle mass......not too much. My hubby doesn't want someone who can crush him.
I forgot to get my labs done, so I am going tomorrow to do that. I should know the results next week. Going to see Dr T was such an esteem boost. He kept saying how proud he was of me. I should also have my "offical" before and after pictures next week. I will post them when I get them. Sorry I am rambling now.
I can't wait for next Friday. See everyone, who's going, next weekend.

That is awesome Corin! I rememeber when you first started here - you have been remarkably successful!! Wish I had your problem lol! But your doctor is right you probably need to build a bit more muscle and that will mke you heavier but not fatter.......
