What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning....
Well, the rain is coming in and I hear thunder on the horizon....COOL! I LOVE days like this, just wish I was home instead of in the office.
Oh well.....
So...what are YOU doing to move today? Me? According to my training schedule, I am suppose to either rest or cross train. Well...we all know that I rested on Wed so I will cross train. I had a hard run yesterday (I did my 2.75 mile goal, and let me tell you....my rear muscles felt bruised - still recovering from the plastic surgery), so tonight I am going to use my new The Biggest Loser dvd set (it's both cardio and toning).
I got it at Target as an alternative on my rest days. Should be easier than my running, but not too easy to be boring. I'll let you know later.......
So...enjoy your day...be safe...have FUN!

Good am yes the rain is coming here too & I am stoked! I love me some rain/thunderstorms. Well, I've managed nearly 15 miles of walking this week. I think I'll hit the15 mark & rest a bit. I am POSITIVE I'll get in plenty of running around this weekend. Enjoy!

Walked 5 mi with dauther in a drizzly off and on rain last night. We have rendevouz for after I get off work today and a 10 miler scheduled for Saturday after I ref church basketball games from 8 to 12. Then I am going to rest and visit Tropical Smoothie.
I need a good topic for my Monday Support Group lesson. I was thinking about what do you want to accomplish in 2008 and picking some goals or hurdles to accomplish them druing the meeting and any group discussion that would provoke. Is that too simplistic? Any good ideas?
