Ok...how are you guys coming along with your January goals?  Me?  Uuummm....ok.  Not too bad.  I've had my moments of weekness in the area of nibbling.  BUT...have done VERY well with writing it all down to be accountable. So...how are YOU doing?

Its that Fur coat Jackie is always lugging around.  But that should count as exercise, shouldn't It?? Actually,...seriously, your daily/weekly checking helps me stay honest with myself and I appreciate you asking.  It woul dbe easier to not respond or take account for my actions but you keep me aware of watching what and how often I put stuff in my mouth, especially at the office during the weekdays.  I haven't reached writing it down or posting on fitday  but I do keep a mental running total of what I eat and the protein, calorie, and carb approximate totals. Thanks,...its not horrible or too bad but I need to get the carbs down and could stand to lower the calories to get some more pounds off and move this current plateau I fear is stablization and the entrance of MAINTENANCE!!!!!  Say it ain't so!  But at 16 months I fear it may be. Your What did you do to Move today also keeps me going out so I don't have to incur the wrath of the friendly but firery redhead in Norfolk.  You are a good example and you look very healthy. If I didn't know, I would never suspect you to be postop WLS.  Thats how I' doing other thqn being in kinda of a fog today.  Good its Friday, my focus is shot.

Ok...next time you post like this you need to hand over a tissue.  Thank you SO much for your kind words.  You have JUST made my whole day!  Thank you!!!!! As I have said in the past...I do this more for me than anything else.  Why?  Because maintenance is a b*tch!  That's why.  If I DO NO****ch this stuff, I can (and will) easily fall back into bad habits, and there is no way in hell I will EVER be 265 again. So...thank you so VERY much!!!!

My goal was to try an exercise class 3 more times this month.  I'll knock out 2 sessions this weekend plus a 1/2 hour introductory lesson on a new offering - BodyVIVE low impact dance aerobics.
