What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Kiddies.......
Well...it looks like a yucky day on the horizon...watch out for those storms.
Well...as promised, I did The Biggest Loser dvd. I like it because it is broken up into segments - 20 minutes with Bob, 10 minutes with Jillian and 10 minutes with Kim (doing kickboxing).
It is NOT for the faint of heart, but the workout was just like what I would do with my personal trainer. I did Level 1 and almost all of Level 2...LOTS of lunges so my rear is crying today - haha. I didn't get through all of Level 2 or do Level 3 like I wanted to, because my mind took over. I KNOW I could have finished them, but the mind said no and it won. And I didn;t do the sculpting at all....again...the mind said no and won.
Today my training plan shows running 2.5 miles, so that's what I will be doing this morning. But, I will be putting htat dvd back on so I can do the 20 minute toning portion.
So...what will YOU doing doing to move today???

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I finally mustarded the courage and got out and did my newly mapped out 10 mi route at 5:30 p.m. and finished at 7:40. I was dieing but pleasantly surprised that I never lost control of my breathing. My problem I had never had beofer was my thighs and calves gave out befoer my wind did. I had to walk in the last mile and took 3 short (.25 to .5 mi) walk breaks along the way. I am am changing my weekly workout now to include a longer distance on Saturdays so this was the first week of the new regime and the big ending. I am hoping I am not totally stiff or crippled by morning.
