I live in Hampton and my husband is stationed at Langley. I just joined the Sentara fitness center though, since they have a class specifically for bariatric patients. I don't know how much help I'd be right now, since I've had complications with my surgery and this will be my first week attempting to exercise. Either way....let me know!
