What a DIVINE/DELIGHTFUL time!

Good am all, How are ya'll doing? Great I hope! I am still processing my weekend but I have to say that I am so thrilled, touched, happy, excited to have shared my Saturday evening with some wonderful folks. Mom, the buggas & I joined Jackie & her family for a gathering that won't soon be forgotten.  Jackie & family - I would like to say THANKS for opening your heart & home to us. It was such a joy to be welcome with open arms & smiles & hugs. What a fantastic hostess! I LOVE your beautiful home & family & friends. The snapshots & memories will certainly stay with me forever. Upon arriving I was nervous & excited but seeing you WHOA woman you are sooooo beautiful looking like a million bucks. Yes, YOU! I'm so glad to have caught up with some old friends, met some new ones & I am still really trying to wrap my head around it all. So, THANKS for making last night possible for me & I look forward to the next gathering and/or conversation. You're a doll! Melinda, Jill, Donna, Cathy, Donna Mae (I am forgetting a few names & I'm sorry for that) - OH MY GOSH! Why didn't we think to have a fashion show with an announcer??? Ya'll are some pretty dames for sure. I am seriously still looking at the picture and remembering every one of you walking through the door & I was thinking WOW everyone looks sooooo great! I want to thank all of you for the amazing, eye opening, side splitting at times conversations. I am so thankful that we got time & space to chat it up & I appreciate everyone's shoot from the hip attitude & I left feeling inspired, moved, interested, curious, happy & more. I really cannot wait to see you all again & I sincerely am glad to have spent a wonderful evening with you all.  I encourage ya'll to share your memories & I again say THANKS for welcoming me with open arms, minds & hearts. Ya'll really & truly have reminded me of the positives, the greatness in others & even more that we have more in common than I ever imagined. Oh gosh there is just so much more but I'll save that for personal chats as it means so much to me.  Much love & lots of hugs until the next time..... PS Who ended up with Marylin Monroe? Where is the recipe for the MY sugar free carrot cake?

Yes Kat your s right Jackie  my hats  off to you THANK YOU so much for inviting me to your home I had a wonderful time  meeting all the new friends and all your friends and neighbors your mother in law she is a beauty. And you WOW and Donna Mae OMG girls you all look AWSOME!!!! you guys are  runway material I hope I look half as good as you guys when Im your ages I was like  oh my God  when I got home didnt stop talking my b/f said what did they feed ya up there lol I said there  was so much food but who was into the food I was enjoying the great company of everyone And JILL my girl you RAWK!!! Oh you look  so great as well when you came in the room I was like  theeshe is the lil firecracker  but your really not all that short :) your a real sweetie thanks for the talk and cant wait to see ya again hope it will be soon... You and you hubby are a trip. And Pat was so great to finaly meet you too you hang in there kiddo your day is coming  to and you will be right there w/ us  thats why you were included w/ us :) Cathy A, you are a trip too hope the Marylin Monroe is sitting pretty on your dresser  LMAO your a hoot, not sure where she disapeared to. Melinda you are so welcome!! It was great to meet you and your sugar free orange flavored dessert was so delicious! I still have your dish you brought it in and need to return it.  In fact the food last night was awesome! And such a ot of things that we could eat - and a few things we had to avoid lol!! I am glad you has such a good time! It was fun to just chat and hang around and so many people to talk with - the evening passed before I was ready for it! I still never spent as much time with everyone as I wanted to... Thak you for all the nice compliments!!!  You looked good too - i can see you look slimmer than last time I saw you...... you are doing a great job!  I agree Donna Mae looks wonderful as do Cathy, Jill, Julie, Jeannie, Kat and everyone who was here last night! lol! Your boyfriend probably thought we had drugged you or something lol!! I am so glad you has such a good time - it was a lot of fun for me too! I am sure we will all do something again soon!! Jackie thank you for opening your home to us and we all apreciate the nice atomsphere that was there. I enjoyed myself and made some fantistic friends and will always have to remember the fun. This is a great bunch of gals having a good time. The food was great and tasted really good. Unlike Kat I am not the best with words. Thanks you for making me feel like one of the girls. I still see myself on the sidelines looking in but last night I did not feel that way. Can not wait to be able to do something like this again. Thank you all for a wonderful time and it was nice seeing and meeting all of you.

Hi Pat!! I am so glad that you had a good time and did not feel out of place!  A lot of people were saying how really nice you were!  You ARE one of the girls!  We will do something again soon!

Good afternoon Kat!! Sorry for the delay but my New York visitors just left and it was chaos this morning as we all cleaned up some more and tried to make the place look normal again - if there is any such thing lol!! Kat ,it was nice to meet you and those cute little girls of yours. They are very beautiful and Nora has such character lol!  My son had so much fun with them and he likes nothing more than going crazy for a few hours!  I am so glad that you were able to relax and enjoy yourself!  It was fun to spend time with you and your family too.....and knowing you had a good time makes me so happy!  We usually have this party before Christmas but this year time got away from us with my surgery and Bill being on travel  etc- so I am glad that family and friends could join us. I had a really good time last night too - it is always fun to get with new friends and older friends and to see everyone again ............... I ended up wth Marylin Munroe - I thought it was quite cute lololol! I think last year I got the gift no-one wanted too lololol   Melissa says she is still perfecting her recipe and this batch was not as good as she can make so she is going back to try and make it again with her own pans ........... will keep you posted........... Again - you and your family are always welcome in our home! Jackie

Good pm Jackie,  Oh it was surely toys galore & honestly I thought WE had a gazillion cars & trucks! Oh thank you so much! Both girls really have such spirit & personality. Ahh yes, Nora makes her presence known doesn't she? Kayla is my curious, in the background gal but trust me she's got a voice. They both very much enjoyed your & the other kids & he is such a trip!!  I think we were ALL a little tired towards the end I mean THEM LOL! Jackie honestly I felt so welcomed & you said "make yourself at home" & you weren't kidding. It was really very wonderful! I have taken a lot of memories and put them in my journal.  HAHAHAHA! YOU ended up with Marilyn??? How funny is that? Actually she is kinda hot looking sincerely. Let me tell you what a laugh we've gotten from the "toilet seat reminder" and the "gas" book. Lawd reading it is HILARIOUS! Darn cause I thought that cake was a real tasty treat! I am really thinking about the paintings. They are really kewl! I took a few snapshots & LOVE the Thomas Kindcade ones. He is truly neat! Hope you've gotten to relax some today & have enjoyed some peace & quiet. 

Oh that was not even half of them!! He has a ton of toys downstairs as well AND in his bedroom -  I buy him way too much as my husband is always saying lol! I think Nora is adorable - she makes me laugh when she throws herself down with her legs straight - you would think that would hurt lol!!  Connor used to skydive into the floor when he wanted to let me know he wasn't happy lol!  I am glad you enjoyed yourself and yes I meant it - I am glad you felt so comfortable you could enjoy it .........Glad that you have good memories - I certainly do! I can only imagine what it is in the gas book lololol! I guess whoever gifted it could not know how more appropriate it could be to people like us lololol! Actually next time I will show you around the house as we have more paintings both up and downstairs as well as the level you were on....  we have some more Thomas Kincade ones too - although not many of them lol!! I have always loved Thomas Kincade! I have been trying to relax today and probably will more after dinner...... Hope you managed to get some rest today and the girls catch up on their sleep........ I just have to say THANKS to Jackie for the invite.  John and I always have such fun around her and Bill, and last night was NO exception.  The party was great and the company was AWESOME!  So much fun!!!!!!  Jackie...your mother-in-law is wonderful.  I can see why you adore her! And you guys are SUCH a hoot!  That Marylin was HYSTERICAL!  Way to pawn it off, Cathy (haha)! Everyone looked fantastic and was in such GREAT spirits!  And Pat....despite what you think...you ARE one of us!  You struggle day in and day out just like we do.  Our only difference is the surgery.  But, I have faith that you too will have that!  But, you are no different. Kat...you are a DOLL!  I just love your spirit and humor.  You have such a great outlook and I cherish the friendship that we have already begun to forge and look forward to many more chats.  And those girls of yours....such CUTIES!!!!   Melinda...OMG!  You are a HOOT!  I had SO much fun!  Thanks for the laughs!!! Donna Mae...well...what can I say???  I just adore our time, every time we get together.  And your hubby is a sweetheart.  SO nice!  John enjoyed chatting with him so much.  Hope to get together again. Julie...sent you the recipe.....But, it was great seeing you again and I KNOW we will see each other soon!
