Ann - prayers please

Good pm all, Per Ann I am posting & asking for prayers. Ann has phoned me just about 45 minutes ago with some news that she has possibly suffered a mini stroke. Backing up a bit she has had family in town; her youngest son & his girlfriend to celebrate a late Cmas this weekend. (We spoke on Friday as well & she was real excited!)  Everyone was having such a wonderful/great time & while playing Uno etc she started having marked vision issues. She thought she was just tired & kept trying to clear her eyes and within 10 minutes maybe a bit longer she continued to feel as if something wasn't right, her vision still off and her blood pressure low.  She had her hubby call the ambulance which transported her to the hospital. They arrived there around 2 am when assessing began. She was put into a room about 10 am and had tests this pm. They are awaiting results from them & the nurse has a note in for the doctor for something to alleviate her vomiting. She says she is hungry & is sure her pouch is empty however, of course has fluids being given via IV as well as meds to keep her comfortable.  She has said her left side is altered a bit and again we are waiting on results. She asked that I post the Virtual Travel & this message & I of course told her that the world would end because she hadn't posted the VT yet. We laughed, she received a LONG overdue phone call & I've asked that she call me with an update when she knows more, to rest now & know she is thought of. As soon as I hear something I will certainly post an update. So, in the meantime, prayers & hope everyone has a wonderful night.

Oh my lord - please tell her I am hoping she gets to feeling a bit better soon - we are all thinking of her ! Please keep us informed... Jackie

Just like Ann--always thinking of others before her self. What a wonderful heart she has Dear Lord please keep Ann in your gentle care. I pray for her and her family. Thanks Kat for letting us know. Send my love and hugs to her please.

OMG!!!!  Please tell her that she is in my prayers and I am sending her a big hug.  How aweful! I hope she is ok (ok...as well as can be expected) and please keep us updated as much as you can. Thanks for sharing the news.......
