Tried my first protein supplement today

Brandi, Some people find that their tastes change a lot after surgery, so even though you may like (or dislike) something now, it may be different later. You may want to try samples after your surgery before you buy a lot of anything. Joe

I have a question...I know Im going to be buying different flavors and different prducts...so how much sugar is too much sugar???
