Daily Inspiration - Surrender

Surrender.

Some days you may wake up wishing you had the strength to meet the day's WLS demands. Chewing each bite is a challenge. You wish you could gulp a glass of water. You may feel you need additional motivation.

At these times of struggle, consider surrendering. Use a checklist or food plan as your definitive guide, and skip negotiating with yourself. Better days are ahead.

Action for the day: Instead of rebelling to ease your disquiet, surrender to your WLS regimen today.

I was just wondering something and you may know what I could do..  I've started really keeping track of what I eat and my excersise.  I've been using fitday and I barely get maybe 500-600 cal a day and thats with putting in my labels so I know its accurate.  At 4mo out from surg I could eat 4 chicken nuggets and now at almost 4yrs I can eat 4 nuggets and a few fries ( I know I should skip the fries). So basically I cant eat much more..     I pretty much have to eat all day just to get those cal.  I eat alot of stuff i'm not supposed to but if it wasnt for that stuff I would get even fewer cal. I read on the main boards all the time about how much people can eat even just a few months out and I could never think of eating like that.. Anyways any suggestions about how I can get more cal or anything. Plus I burn way more than i'm eating when I excersise..
