What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Bbbrrrrrr........it's COLD out there!  I want last week's weather back - haha! Ok....so because it's cold out there, we have to work harder to get our blood flowing and to warm up our bods...so what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Well...I missed yesterday's workout (so that will go on my calendar as a rest day) which means that today will be a three (yes...3) mile day.  It's on the training schedule.  UGH!  Wish me luck, cause this will be the farthest I've run since September. I just hate the fact that I had to start over in my fitness........ Until tomorrow.........Enjoy your day!

Yeah me likey the cold! I cannot help it! I really do! Gets my butt moving faster! Going for my nature walk. I will wrap up if needed. I am COMMITTED to 5 days at least 2 miles each day. I WILL not give up or in! Enjoy!

Cardio day: 1 hour class and 3 mile (45 minutes) hill climbing trek on the treadmill - DONE!

Still at a snail's pace, but I did 3 miles on my bike.  Yipeee!  That's 5 miles in 2 days!
