Weird "wow" moment...
Well darlin watch those back muscles seems we has being heavy have caused alot of damage to the back, I along with alot of others are finding this out the hard way. I have some lower back damage that will need to be repaired by surgery but holding off as long as I can but have to go in for treatments now. And there have been those who have had surgery nad those waiting for it. So I and other are told we have lost our padding (so to speak) so be careful with the back. You look great I remember when I met ya @ the boogie & splash cant remember if you had surgery yet or were getting ready for it you have came a long way!!! How is your sister?

When I met you at the conference in 2006, I was about 3 months postop. Tomorrow, I'll be 21 months postop. What a big difference 18 months makes.
My sister is a work in progress. I'm pleased to say that she's doing better today than she has in a long time. She'll likely be back here soon to tell you that herself. 
WOW!!!!!! Julie you look great and have come so far in your journey. It must feel wonderul to see how far you have come & how much you have achieved.
I noticed a similar thing a few weeks ago in the grocery store but did not connect it. How funny!!!

Thanks for the congrats. I find that I couldn't continue with my journey the way I am without the board. We need all the great contributions we can get. Hope you get to post lots more.
